How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will see the estimated delivery time at checkout before placing your order.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! This includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. If you live elsewhere, please contact us at contact@clair-obscure.com and we’ll see if we can deliver to you.

Track your order with ease!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.

What if my tracking info stops updating?
Don’t worry! This usually means your package has been handed over to a local carrier and is still on its way. If you’re concerned, just reach out to our customer service team.

What about customs fees?
You may have to pay customs duties or taxes when your order arrives. We can’t predict these fees, but they are usually quite rare.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@clair-obscure.com. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
