Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Fees:
Return shipping fees of €9 to €15 will apply depending on the item returned. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Lighting fixtures damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
Return Process:

- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to send the item back to:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@clair-obscure.com for instructions.
Gift Purchases:
If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
